To get started, eligible members can download the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once they’re in the app, they’ll be prompted to complete a brief onboarding questionnaire. Then they’ll meet their Care Navigator and receive their personalized treatment plan so that they can get started on their journey to recovery.
Members of our community will receive a personalized, comprehensive condition management plan. As members begin to heal and feel stronger, their content feed and exercise regimen will evolve with them. By following along with the program, they’ll unlock hundreds of simple exercises and robust pain management tools to guide them on their care journey.
